Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of its use
As the protection of your data and your privacy is very important to us, DREYENBERG naturally treats your personal data as strictly confidential and only in accordance with the legal requirements.
In the following, we would like to inform you about the handling of your personal data that we process when you contact us, communicate via e-mail, visit the website or use our contact form.

a) Contact and communication via e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, your voluntarily transmitted personal data will be automatically stored for the purpose of processing or contacting you. We use the data you provide to respond to inquiries. This regularly involves your following personal data:

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR. The legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR is processing and responding to your contact.
If a contract is initiated, we will process further data. This regularly involves your bank details (e.g. credit card details), your date of birth and information about your financial situation, which we collect from third parties (scoring data to assess creditworthiness). If necessary, we also process personal data from publicly accessible sources (e.g. commercial and association registers, debtor directories). Within the scope of an existing client relationship, we also process data that is necessary for your consultation and for the assertion or protection of your rights. The legal basis for further data processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. However, if you refuse to provide your personal data, a client relationship between you and us cannot be established or we will have to terminate it.
You have the option of withdrawing your consent to the processing and storage of your data at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact the controller named above. The data from the previous communication will then be deleted and no further conversation will be possible.
b) Visiting the website
When you visit our website www.dreyenberg.com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. Cookies
